Pneumatic Pipe Plugs

Storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and home drain-waste-vent (DMW) systems all rely on pneumatic test ball and Muni-Ball pipe plugs. Enviro Design Products offers quality plugs for these purposes, including both polyurethane fabric yellow pillow plugs and natural rubber pipe plugs. The flexible functionality of these plugs sets them apart from standard sewer line and pipe plugs.

Bypass plugs are designed to keep material moving through the pipes without compromising the sanitation and safety of the work environment. Blocking plugs prevent all material from entering the pipes for situations requiring a completely sealed workspace. At Enviro Design Products, we offer the Cherne Clean Seal and Clean Seal II blocking plugs as well as extra-large specialty plugs for storm sanitation and underground sewer utility.

When selecting plugs for residential use, manholes, or sewer sanitation, you need to measure the inside diameter (ID) of the respective pipe. Some standard and bypass plugs work with multiple sizes, while others are compatible only with a specific pipe ID. We also have plugs specifically for monitoring manholes. These distinctive covers allow technicians to access the sewer for maintenance and repairs without entering the underground space.
