Refund Policy

We accept returns of unused, undamaged product in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Custom-configured items and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

To start a return, contact us at sales@envirodesignproducts.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and original shipping charges are non-refundable — unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our end, in which case we cover both.
