Refund Policy

We accept returns of unused, undamaged product in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Custom-configured items and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

You must start a return with us before shipping anything back. Open your order confirmation email and use the return form on your order page, or contact us at sales@envirodesignproducts.com with your order number. We will reply with a return authorization number and the address for each item.

Items on the same order may need to go to different addresses — we ship many products directly from the manufacturer, and where a return goes depends on the item. This is why we ask you to start the return first: we will tell you exactly what goes where. Product sent back without a return authorization, or sent to the wrong address, may be delayed, refused, or returned to you at your expense.

Write your return authorization number on the outside of every box so we can match it to your order when it arrives.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and original shipping charges are non-refundable — unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our end, in which case we cover both.
