How long does it take to ship an in-stock order?

In-stock items typically ship within 2 business days of order confirmation. Custom configurations, large manhole runs, and freight items get a custom shipping date emailed with the order acknowledgement. Tracking is sent automatically once your order ships.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed automatically as soon as your order ships. You can also see order status and tracking any time from your Account page. If you checked out as a guest and need status, call (866) 514-3684 with your order number.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We don't currently ship internationally directly, but we work with customers who arrange their own freight forwarder. Email sales@envirodesignproducts.com or call (866) 514-3684 and we'll help you set it up.

Do you offer volume or contractor pricing?

Yes. Municipalities, contractors, remediation firms, and RV-park operators are among our largest customer segments. Call (866) 514-3684 or email sales@envirodesignproducts.com with your quantities and we'll quote volume pricing — for larger runs we can often beat the per-unit price of the off-the-shelf listing.

Can I order a custom configuration or non-standard size?

Yes, on most product lines. Call (866) 514-3684 with your dimensions, lead-time needs, and quantity, and we'll quote a configuration directly. Custom-configured items are made to order, so they carry their own lead time and are not eligible for return.

Do you accept tax-exempt or purchase-order orders?

Yes — we welcome tax-exempt purchasing for qualified accounts (municipalities, resellers, and exempt organizations). Contact us with your exemption certificate before ordering and we'll set your account up so tax isn't charged at checkout. For PO-based ordering, call (866) 514-3684.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused, undamaged product in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Custom-configured items and items marked final sale are not eligible. Email sales@envirodesignproducts.com with your order number to start a return.

Can I get a printable spec or installation sheet?

For most products, yes. The product detail page links any printable spec and installation PDFs we publish. If you don't see one for the product you need, ask — we may have an internal document we can share.
