Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. In-stock items typically ship within 2 business days of order confirmation. Custom-configured items, large manhole cover orders, and freight items may require additional lead time — we will email you a shipping date with the order acknowledgement.

Ground shipping is available throughout the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories, contact us before ordering and we will quote options. Most small parts ship via UPS Ground; heavy items (steel manhole covers, well protectors) ship via LTL freight with curbside delivery. If you need an inside delivery, a liftgate, or a residential dispatch, please contact us before placing your order so we can quote accurately.

Tracking information is emailed automatically once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days, email sales@envirodesignproducts.com or call (866) 514-3684 and we will look into it directly.

We do not currently ship outside the United States. For international customers, please reach out by email and we will help you arrange shipping through your own freight forwarder.
