Equipment for Every Stage of the Monitoring Well Lifecycle
Whether you’re installing a new monitoring well network, conducting Phase II ESA sampling, or maintaining a long-term remediation site, the hardware you use determines data quality. Cross-contaminated samples, tampered wells, and failed seals aren’t just operational headaches — they’re regulatory liability.
We supply environmental consultants, remediation contractors, and water utilities with the well security and sampling equipment they need to keep sites compliant and data defensible.

Well Security & Sealing
Locking well plugs (Torquer, FlushLock, J-Plug, H-Plug) seal the well from inside the casing. Locking well caps (Grip-N-Lock) fit over the exterior and are faster for routine sampling access. Both accept padlocks for chain-of-custody documentation.
Vapor & Gas Monitoring
Torquer vapor extraction plugs and Ex-Cap fittings allow controlled gas sampling and vapor recovery while maintaining a secure seal. These are specified in landfill gas monitoring programs, soil vapor extraction systems, and Phase II ESAs requiring VOC screening.
Groundwater Sampling
Groundwater bailers for grab sampling in monitoring wells. Disposable polyethylene and PVC bailers eliminate cross-contamination between wells. Permanent PVC bailers for dedicated single-well programs. Available individually or in cases of 24.
Ordering for Multi-Well Projects
Most of our well monitoring customers order for 20–200+ well sites. Call (866) 514-3684 to get volume pricing, confirm casing compatibility, and coordinate mixed-size shipments. We ship same-day on in-stock items ordered before 1pm CT.
FAQ
What’s the difference between a well plug and a well cap?
A plug seals from inside the pipe casing using an expansion gasket. A cap fits over the outside of the pipe. Plugs create a flush or below-grade seal; caps extend above the casing and are quicker to remove for sampling access.
What equipment do I need for Phase II ESA monitoring wells?
At minimum: locking well plugs or caps (for well security between sampling events), groundwater bailers (for grab samples), and if VOC screening is required, vapor extraction plugs. We can help you spec the full list — call (866) 514-3684.
Do you supply for projects across multiple states?
Yes. We ship nationwide and regularly supply multi-site remediation projects. One order can include mixed sizes and product types shipped to a single location or split across project sites.
