What you can request
- Return items: Any mix, any quantity. New and unopened, within 30 days of delivery.
- A refund without sending anything back: For damaged, defective or wrong items. Add photos and we review it.
- The shipping cost on its own: Late or mishandled delivery. Reviewed case by case, and the goods stay with you.
The short version
- New, unopened items: 30 days from delivery for a full item refund.
- Items may go back to different places. Your instructions name the address for each item, so please wait for them before shipping anything.
- Refunds go to the original payment method, usually 3 to 5 business days after we receive the goods.
- Custom-configured and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
