The T&T Tools TPOP30R is a 30" Top Popper manhole hook with rotated handle (perpendicular to shaft). The Top Popper design features a tapered tip that wedges under manhole lids to pop them up and out — no prying or lifting from the edge required. Heat-treated alloy steel shaft handles the heaviest cast iron and steel covers.
