The Cherne 3" Econ-O-Grip plug (part #271-535) is a low-cost mechanical blocking plug for 3" pipe — rated for 2 PSI maximum. Natural rubber O-ring with galvanized metal plates and bolt. Not rated for pressure testing — for blocking and dust cover use only. Wing nut expansion for tool-free installation. The budget-friendly choice for temporary pipe blocking on construction sites.
