The Cherne 4" Hub-Fit Gripper (part #270-548) is a mechanical test plug for 4" hub fittings and bell-end pipe — the most common hub size in residential plumbing. Rated for 13 PSI / 30 ft. head pressure. Fits 4" hub and bell connections (usage range 4.41"–4.53" ID). Yellow high-visibility body stands out inside the pipe.
