Cherne ® 2" Clean-Out Gripper ® Plug, 17 PSI

The Cherne 2" Clean-Out Gripper (part #270-168) is a mechanical test plug designed specifically for NPT threaded cleanout openings — guaranteed to seal most damaged threads. Rated for 17 PSI / 40 ft. head pressure. Fits 2" NPT cleanout fittings in cast iron and DWV pipe (usage range 2.20"–2.50"). At just 1.9" long and 2.4 oz, it’s the lightest Gripper in the Cherne line. Glass-reinforced ABS body with natural rubber threaded O-ring and stainless steel hardware.
