The Cherne 3" Sure-Grip plug (part #271-308) is a tool-free mechanical test plug for water and air testing on 3" Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 pipe. Rated for 13 PSI / 30 ft. head pressure. The natural rubber body installs by hand pressure alone — no tools, no inflation, no wing nut needed. Serves as both a temporary test plug and a permanent pipe cap for 3" DWV stub-outs.
