The Cherne I-Series Test-Ball 12"-24" with Sleeve (part #694-248) is the sleeve-equipped version of the 12"-24" I-Series blocking plug. The abrasion-resistant sleeve extends plug life during deployment through rough concrete manholes. Same 15 PSI rating and 45 PSI inflation. Usage range 11.00"–24.25" ID. Essential for repeated-use applications on large-diameter municipal mains.
